Normally, I don’t really struggle with any piece of technology, but this one time I was given a coffee machine for my birthday. I tried to figure out how to use it, but it was too complicated for me. At first glance, it seems like a standard and simple household application with only three or four buttons and some basic functions. However, I couldn’t find any place to put the coffee beans and so I asked my family for help. They also found it too complex. To make things worse, the manual with instructions was in Chinese language and didn’t have any translation. Anyway I decided to research for a way out on the internet and after watching a few tutorials on YouTube I and I finally managed to figure it out all in all even though I felt quite frustrated and disappointed with myself for not being able to use it in the end. I can say I’m quite proud of myself because I managed to find a way to utilize this sophisticated device.
