So one time I had difficulty using a piece of technology when I brought out a new laptop for my studies. It was the first time I had used a laptop with a Windows 11 operating system, and I wasn't very familiar with how it worked. The main problem occurred when I tried to install Microsoft Office so that I could do my assignment. I downloaded the setup from the internet, but when I tried to open it, nothing happened. I reset the laptop several times, but it still didn't work. I felt very frustrated because I had an important essay due the next day, and I couldn't start it without Microsoft Office. I thought that maybe the laptop was broken or had a virus. I tried researching on Google for a solution, but the explanations were too technical for me to understand. Eventually, I decided to call my cousin, who is quite good with computers. He guided me through the process over a very good old call. I realized that I had been using the wrong version of Windows. Yes, that's why I couldn't install Microsoft Office either. After activating Windows and reinstalling everything, it worked perfectly. Thank you.
