A place in my city that most tourists overlook is, I think, a monastery called Abunahara, located about 30 kilometers to the east of Injuvarasiti, where I live. It has many special features. There are a lot of medicinal plants surrounding the monastery and many endemic animals that are only found in Ethiopia, not only in Ethiopia but also only in the city I live in, which is Injuvarasiti. I discovered it during a yearly ceremony celebrated around that area, around the monastery. The program is always celebrated annually on July 19. I went there when I was about seven, and I saw it, and it was amazing. There are also some secrets behind it. There are many spiritual conspiracies about the place. There are some religious fathers who are believed to be there without being noticed or seen. I think it's underrated because the tourism ministry is not giving it the attention it deserves, and the people living around the area are not putting in as much effort for the place as it deserves. So, I liked the place so much, and I think it should be given the attention it deserves in the future.
