There were some buildings, small shops and a few blind benches. Over the year the city center has become much more modern. New shops, cafes and restaurants have appeared. roads and sidewalks have also been improved and there are more places where people can walk, meet friends and relax. I think these changes happened because the city has developed and the local authorities wanted to make it more comfortable and attractive for residents. New businesses have also played an important role. Personally, I feel positive about these changes. I like that my hometown is becoming more modern and there are more things to do and at the same time I sometimes miss the old atmosphere because it felt quieter and more familiar. Overall I think the changes have made the city center a better place for people to live and spend their free time.
