I'm going to talk about my favorite place for relaxation. This is the Civic Sports Center near my house. I usually go there after finishing dinner to work out or do other exercises such as biking, swimming, or meditation in the yoga class. Different floors offer different sports activities. Sitting all day and working long hours contribute to sedentary lifestyles. Engaging in both mental and physical activities are effective methods to manage stress. Swimming or biking for half an hour can be very powerful to calm the nerves. In fact, if I have some difficult work, I always go to the pool and swim for a couple of hours. It's really helpful to improve your concentration and recharge your batteries.
