The public garden is located approximately 2 km away from my guest house and I spend around 30 minutes in the evening cycling inside that garden. I like this activity the most because since my childhood I have always fascinated by cycling. I have a geared cycle that I take good care of and often use in the evening to do some sort of exercise. Being a working professional, I often spend most of my hours sitting in a chair and working with digital devices. Therefore, I believe it is beneficial to my health to do some physical activity for a short period of time every day. That’s why I prefer doing cycling in that garden. Apart from cycling, I can do other activities like there is a running track that people often use for jogging and running that I can also use and occasionally I use particularly on weekends after cycling I run on that jogging track. Another thing I like about the area is it provides me with plenty of opportunities to become more social. I often interact with my neighbours and other colleagues at that park discussing the latest trains in various fields and also we discuss about our future plans and about our families. Overall, this place is not only beneficial for the people.
