I am a very laid-back, go-with-the-flow person, as my peers would say, but I don't find myself relaxing a lot. While I do relax, it's more of a situation where I'm on my bed at midnight scrolling on my phone. I do this too often, in my opinion. A dream setting for relaxing wouldn't look like this for me. Relaxing, to me, is also not the typical laying by the beach with a cocktail or having a leisurely spa day in a five-star hotel. I don't imagine myself indulging in those things, but I am all for experiences. So, relaxing, I guess, quote-unquote, for me is being surrounded by the people I'm closest with, having fun, just walking around, eating good food, looking at shops, preferably with loud music in the background, probably somewhere that's hot but still has a lot of wind, you know, like somewhere summery but also very fun. I love socializing; I love making friends. I would say I'm an introvert, an outgoing introvert, because I don't easily make friends, but when I do, I just click with them a lot. So, relaxing might not seem like something that fits the typical idea, but that is what it means for me. I feel like relaxing is just about stopping the constant thinking and doing what I need to do, but instead having fun and, of course, taking a break from everything that's important and just being myself surrounded by things that I like. I think that's really what relaxing is for me.
