After I got into the taxi, I asked the driver why the surrounding air was polluted and the sky looks dark and grey. The driver explains two main reasons why that happened. The first reason is because there are many illegal factories that operate without legal permission from the government and eventually polluted the surrounding air with toxic gas. The second reason is because there are many vehicles that still rely on gasoline rather than electric vehicle. The driver also said the emission regulation are still weak and there are no evos from the government to switch from gasoline to electric vehicle. I heard that from the driver, I felt really sad.
