I had some struggles with shopping online. It happened two years ago. I bought shoes, sport shoes actually. The first problem I had was that there weren't really any specific measurements for shoe sizes. Since I ordered from an international online store, the sizes were different from those we have in our country, as they vary significantly by region. I couldn't determine the size that would suit my feet. The second problem was that I wasn't warned that I needed to pay for the transfer as well. When my delivery was already in my town, I received a notification that I wasn't expecting, stating that I also had to pay for the delivery. The site hadn't notified me about this beforehand, and I felt really frustrated by the experience.
