So there’s one time me and my friends started to think about whether we should hang out or not. Because one of my friends, his name is Samuel, he’s going to Taiwan like in the next month. And um, we first we looked it at Google, we found that there’s one place they call it as the Vault. It was a great uh, place to spend time together with friends and family and uh, a board game cafe. And we finally looked at the review and we saw that the reviews, there’s two reviews, one is the good reviews and the bad reviews. The good reviews says that the employees are pretty responsive. So as soon as they order several food, the employees uh, will serve it quickly. And one of the reviews I remember said that when the customer breaks some glasses, the employees and especially the manager stepped into the situation and tried to rectify it by simply sweeping the floor. And then after all of that uh, there’s one thing that I remember is there’s a guide, there’s a one employee that is specifically for guiding the players on how to play the board game. And um, in reality when we ah, all go to that place, we found out that all the employees are working to go to above and beyond to help all the customer. And even though there’s better view, maybe just to uh, make a detrimental effects on the company overall, the good reviews really helped us a lot to found a great place to play.
