A couple of years ago when I was in school, I decided to participate in extreme water sports, particularly scuba driving. But that time I was suffering from phobia as my bosom friend also suffering from this phobia. I think that scuba diving is the best way to overcome from our fears and it is a good activity as well. I and my friend decided to go to Goa and participate in scuba diving. During the vacation we went to Goa. We hired a trainer to guide us. After listening, trainer motivation talk I felt very calm. Firstly I felt blue as my friends as well. I felt the moon had dried good. Then we packed our home tent and I shared my own experience with my family. It was very good for me and overcome from my fear. If I get an opportunity in future to do this kind of activities, I never miss the boat.
