The rule I'd like to talk about is that it doesn't allow passengers to take their pets or animals on the subway, not even a small dog or cat. This rule is posted at the entrance of every subway in my city. I think it's not friendly for pet owners like me. I believe this rule is meant to keep the subway cleaner and quieter because some pets can make noise or cause problems, which can lead to a bad experience for other passengers. Some people may be afraid of animals. I really dislike it because it feels unreasonable to me since I have a small pet. I remember last summer vacation, my cat had a fever, and I really wanted to take the subway to the hospital because it was far from my apartment. When I took my cat to the subway, the police told me it wasn't allowed to take pets on the subway. I think this is not friendly for pet owners because they have to take a taxi instead. Taxis can be difficult to find and are expensive for me. I would like to change this rule because it is not fair for people like me. In some cities in China, there are rules that allow small pets in the carriage or have special carriages for people with pets.
