After preparing anything, I will advertise my tools and encourage people to join. For international teaching, I will not stand there and explain anything. I believe learning by doing, and so I will show every talent needs in person and the diverse step by step. I believe this is the most effective way when you chance to learn how to bait. Overall, I think I’m really good at teaching, because I have valued at it so many times. The first time I tried baiting, I had made every mistake, like for that into a yeast or even burning the braid. From this experience, I have learned every little detail, like beating nuts, my overload. I believe I am the proper teacher to teach others. Also, I will give them lots of encouragement when they fail, because I believe failure is as valuable as success. We should learn from them.
