I don’t have that much skills to talk about but my favorite and my best skill is that I can cook. I started cooking when I was 11 years old but really good inspiration came to me when I was like 13 years old. And the biggest inspiration came from me from the Michelin star chefs like Gordon Ramsay, Aaron Tunches. They were just great chefs and looking at them I was so inspired to cook, to do my career on the skills. Now I don’t think that that’s my spirit but I just do have a passion to cook that much people don’t have. What made it difficult is that we don’t have a lot of products, a lot of vegetables that other countries do have so we are very limited in this way. It makes me… it makes difficult to cook for me.
