I guess I could begin by saying that the skill I would really love to learn is public speaking. You know, the ability to speak confidently in front of a large audience and express ideas clearly. Going on to my next point, I would like to learn this skill because I often find it quite intimidating to talk in front of a crowd. I sometimes get nervous and lose track of what I’m saying. Mastering public speaking would really help me to communicate effectively and capture everyone’s attention during presentations or group discussions. Now with reference to whether it would be difficult to learn, I would say yes and no. It can be quite challenging at first because you need to manage your anxiety, body language, and tone of voice all at once. However, I believe that with enough practice, maybe by joining debate clubs or attending workshops, it’s definitely something I could improve over time. And finally, in answer to whether I will learn this go soon, I would say I’m already trying. I have started volunteering to present more often in class and watching TED Talks to observe proud professional speakers engage their audience. Hopefully in the near future, I will be able to speak with confidence, poise and clarity, even in a crunch collage.
