I have learned so many skills from many people, but today I would like to talk about a particular skill that I learned from older people. I vividly remember I learned the skill of Kabaddi from one of my neighbors, Parthiv Bai Desai. He was a good coach of Kabaddi when I completed my 10th standard. I learned various Kabaddi skills, including different types of offensive and defensive skills from Parthiv Bai. I learned offensive skills such as toe touch, hand touch, and dupki, as well as defensive skills like thigh hard, back hard, and chain tackle. I believe these skills helped me a lot. Parthiv Bai has extensive knowledge about Kabaddi, and that knowledge helped me achieve a gold medal when I was in my final year. After I completed my 12th standard, I regularly went to the garden with some friends where I practiced these skills. These skills improved my Kabaddi abilities and will be helpful in the future. Additionally, when I learned this skill from Parthiv Bai, I felt very illiterate because there are only a few people in the world who have profound knowledge about any particular field. So this is all about the skills that I learned from older people.
