In my opinion, the best skill that I learned recently and am proud of is skiing. Skiing is my favorite winter sport that I love to do, and I learned it because of my father. My family and I always visit Almaty in winter to ski there. My father always skis at the Chimbulak Mountains, and I wanted to try that as well. So my father taught me how to ski properly and gave me some basic training, and I learned that really quickly. We were in Almaty for one week, so every day I practiced this skill, and I was much better by the last two days. I was so happy; I was over the moon because I could stand on skis and ski. Additionally, the Chimbulak Mountains have a huge landscape, and the mountains there are very steep, which sometimes frightened me because of the speed I could reach on those slopes.
