I try to learn various things and spend my time on different hobbies during my life. I'd like to talk about one hobby that I took up two weeks ago, which made me more confident, and this is swimming. I have never learned swimming in my life. My cousin asked me if I wanted to go and learn swimming, and I could come with her. She has been swimming since her childhood, and I went to the swimming pool with my cousin. I learned it with course help, and my cousin helped me too. After I had a cool swim, I felt like I could get a very big reward, and it is beneficial for both my mental health and physical health because, as I mentioned, it makes me more confident and my body healthier.
