A skill I would like to learn that is not related to my work or studies is being less emotional and being more conscious about my reactions when people say something that contradicts my point of view or something I said before. Being this way makes it seem like I am not true to my own personality or not as open as most people want to be. In my case, I need to learn how to react in a way that avoids problems and leaves me feeling satisfied with my reactions or interactions with others. One of the feelings I find most dangerous is the feeling of regret or having to explain my behavior or something I said. In this case, I would say that my goal is not to be so mechanical, but I love the idea of being less reactive and more thoughtful about my relationships with others. This includes people from my own family and my colleagues, and being less cold than I used to be in my past interactions. With that said, I would say that I am usually trying to be more content with myself, and being less reactive is something I would enjoy and appreciate greatly. I am in the later part of my life, so I need to learn this quickly. I am not sure I will succeed, but I will try. I would love that.

And a skill I would like to learn, it’s not related to my work as a studies, is being less emotional and being more conscious about the reactions when people are saying something that’s not in my point of view or contradicts of something I was saying before. So being in that way, it makes it seem like I am not too kind of my own personality or not being so fresh as most of the people want to be. But in my case, I have to learn how to react in a way that will not have any problems and I feel satisfied before that kind of reaction or interaction with others. One of these feelings that I most is dangerous in my point of view is the feeling of regretting or having to give some explanations to somebody about one behavior that you did or something that you said. So in this case, I will say that probably my point will be not being so mechanical, but I love the idea of being less reactive and more thinker about that kind of relationship with others. That includes people from my own family, I include people of working and being less cold than I used to be in my past interactions. Saying that, I would say that I’m normally trying to content for me myself and being no-so reactive is something that I would enjoy and I would appreciate so much from my own. I am in the last part of my life, so I have to learn it quickly. I am not sure I will get it but I will try it. I will love that.
