Well, to be honest, I've always believed that even minor adjustments can lead to significant outcomes. So, today I'd like to talk about changing my screen time and utilizing technological devices more mindfully. Before making this change, I used to feel overwhelmed by checking social media first thing in the morning. The main driving force behind my decision to stop this was that excessive screen use sometimes leads to mental burnout. After realizing that, I made a conscious effort to change it. To implement this, I started keeping my phone in another room overnight. Consequently, I completely avoided looking at it when I woke up. Looking back, the positive ripple effects have been immense. Not only did it boost my focus, but I also felt much more relaxed and motivated. I strongly believe that these minor shifts helped me strike a balance between my daily tasks and personal well-being, which will definitely benefit me in the long run. Ultimately, it has drastically enhanced both my productivity and my peace of mind.
