Well, being an introverted person, I never hesitate to share my views in front of people, and I strongly believe that good speaking skills not only boost our confidence but are also useful for individuals to spread awareness. However, today I would like to shed some light on a talk that I gave to a group of people when I was in my 10th standard. This time, I was given a chance to speak in front of my classmates and my teacher about a healthy lifestyle because my school organized an event where students could showcase their real talents in front of all the schools, as it is useful for them. That's why I decided to give a talk, as it was totally different from what other students were doing. It was very unique because all my friends decided to show their talents like painting and dancing, but my talent was different from theirs. I was initially unsure about the topic, and when I went home, I became confused about what to talk about. However, my mother advised me to give a talk on the topic of a healthy lifestyle, which is very beneficial for individuals because it's not only useful for them but also for their future. So, I prepared for this topic with my mother's help, and I worked on the speech for about 15 minutes. When the day came and my turn arrived, I went to the stage and stood in the center in front of the other students. At that moment, I felt very nervous, but I started my speech and shared all the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I urged others not to follow a bad routine in their lives and to avoid unhealthy food.
