Among all those activities, I choose this one because I think it’s the simplest one and it may be the easiest one to do because it doesn’t need any expertise or any kind of supervision and it’s also economical. You don’t have to buy anything other than ropes. Moreover, it also it doesn’t need any large space to perform. At the same time, it reduces cost. We do not have to buy expensive gymnasium materials and moreover, it doesn’t need to go to the gymnasium. Because of being a physician, my schedule is really hectic demanding a full-time job, balancing between a full-time job and taking care of my children doing household jobs. It allows me very little time to go to the gymnasium and perform some exercise. On top of that, I had undergone a major surgery five years back which doesn’t permit me to do such strenuous exercises with some treadmill or something like that. So I chose this one which is the most suitable for me. The most important thing about this is that it is extremely beneficial for maintaining our physical fitness because it strengthens our muscles, improves cardiovascular system and it also reduces our stress level. It also less time consuming and anybody and anywhere just being on the home can perform this exercise and those who are aiming to reduce their weight can also go for this exercise. As a whole, this form of exercise is best suited for persons who doesn’t have the time to go to the gymnasium.
