I'd like to describe a time of day that I really enjoy, and that's early morning. I usually wake up around 6:00 AM, and it's a very special time for me. I head to the nearest park and do some meditation and yoga. After finishing my practice, I'm usually quite tired, so I sit on a bench for a bit to relax. Then, around 6:30 or 7:00 AM, I call my friends and we gather for a game of badminton. We play until around 7:30, and then we switch to football. This time is so valuable because we're using it productively, playing sports together. We're all very athletic, so this time really helps us improve our skills. It's definitely the best part of my day. The reason I love it so much is because the morning air is fresh and crisp, and the weather is usually cool and pleasant. It's just a wonderful way to start the day.
