A time of day that I like is the early mornings, probably dawn. This is because I find that this time of the day is usually very peaceful, serene, and quiet. When I manage to wake up this early, I like to do a little bit of meditation and then directly dive into something productive, like upskilling myself by learning new tools and technologies. I work as a software developer, and therefore this is very important to ensure that I stay relevant in my field. I got into this habit in 2020 when COVID struck and everybody was closed in and quarantined at home. It is a habit that I follow on occasion, especially when I have important events or exams coming up. On days when I don't have anything planned and end up waking early, I like to meditate, go for a walk, or just cozy up in a corner with a cup of hot coffee or hot tea. I don't usually spend this time with anyone; rather, I take the time for myself to gain some quality time alone. As an introvert, this is essential for me to reground myself and prepare for the day. I also find this time to be the most productive. I am a fast learner, but in the early mornings, I tend to double my productivity and learn much faster than usual, which I think is something I use to my advantage. There is something quite peaceful about the mornings that I really like.
