I remember the time when I was on a crowded bus listening to my music when my phone rang. It was a number I didn't record or recognize, but I decided to answer out of curiosity. It was an old friend from high school, someone I had talked to back then. We exchanged greetings and asked how I was doing. We were talking about our school days and sharing what we knew about our lives. She told me about her recent move to New City and the reasons behind it. We were noisy but focused on the conversation. This call brought back happy memories and made me realize how much I missed her. I felt grateful and happy to reconnect. By the end of the call, we were smiling and making plans to meet soon. It was nice to reminisce and improve our connection after all this time.
