I like to describe about the clinical scenario which occurred when I was employed, when I was initially employed in a hospital. We had to, me and my colleague, we had to handle a pretty high case load in which we couldn’t reschedule our appointments because of the long lines of patients that would be waiting for appointments and my colleague Dresha she was she did a small mistake there was a discrepancy in the clinical coordination that she took a leave during one of the busy schedules and though it was not intimated to me in advance and there was an exhibition which was going on in which I was asked to stay in that along with handle the clinical case law. So she sought out to me personally to apologize for the mistake she has made and I knew she owed me and sincere apology and she did that and at this cleared the air between us who I was exasperated when she told me that she wasn’t I accepted her apology and shouted to work in integrity in taking account of the mistakes. she was accountable for the mistakes and that’s out of everything between us and then we stopped.
