Actually, in the past few decades, I was a white-collar worker with a sedentary lifestyle. Before exams, I usually crammed full of books and also indulged in junk food and soda drinks. I also snacked on potato chips to feel more relaxed and less stressed. As a result, I became out of shape and found that this behavior made me less productive and kept me inactive. This might be because I usually ate greasy food, which was a bit oily, including chicken wings with rice. To change my habits, I tried cutting down on sugar and oil, and I found that it was completely effective. Following this, when I checked my health results, I realized that I had lost a significant amount of weight and had a more balanced diet, such as salads with avocado dressing. What's more, I felt on top of the world because I found that I became healthier and had fewer illnesses. As far as I'm concerned, I want to say that if I could go back to the past, I would have built good habits to lead a healthy lifestyle and prevent illness.
