There was a day in my life when I disagreed with my teachers because they were planning to hold competitions for us in the school. They provided some information, but I was really getting stressed and overwhelmed at the same time. My level of stress was high as I was studying as a high school student. I was really stressed about it because my group did not have much knowledge about the competition, so I was the only one who needed to think or create something. I needed to participate in everything, especially in poster making, creating banners, and designing outfits for the models. I was really stressed, and I had a lot of assignments to do at the same time. I told them that I could not participate, and I honestly explained my situation. Previously, we had a sports camp, and many of my friends were quite affected by it, which had a negative impact on them. I was afraid of getting traumatized and losing everyone because of this sports camp. So, I disagreed with them and told them that I couldn't participate, but they did not agree with me. This situation caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, as I felt overwhelmed by the expectations placed on me. I wished they could understand my perspective, but they insisted on moving forward with the competition plans regardless of my concerns.
