To be honest, I have experienced such situations several times throughout my life. However, one of the most meaningful experiences happened approximately six months ago. In fact, at that time, my instructor required me to attend a meeting with him in order to discuss our upcoming project. Additionally, I was informed that this appointment will take place in the afternoon at our university. During that period, I was quite concerned about my application to an international company. For instance, this workplace invited me to an interview and demanded that I create a particular application which would include my academic background and experiences. Therefore, I was focused on this process throughout the day. Suddenly, it crossed my mind that I had missed the appointment as it was already evening. This situation gave me a sense of embarrassment and I was quite confused about the consequences. I took this situation into account and had a conversation with my instructor. For instance, I informed him about my daily responsibilities and my inability to schedule my time effectively. Afterward, I apologized for forgetting about of a meeting. Fortunately, he did not criticize me for his situation and recommended rescheduling it. Consequently, I was quite embarrassed as I felt that it was disrespectful towards my instructor and might lead to conflicts with him. All in all, I was quite dissatisfied with my performance as it was challenging for me to become adaptable and well organized in such cases. However, this experience enabled me to become more punctual and concentrate in similar situations.
