Well, I am going to describe a change in my daily routine. It was about 3 years ago when I was a child. I used to play football with my friends. Then I changed my hobbies because it took a lot of time. I prefer playing games like chess and carrom. It has improved my concentration power and it's safe. Nowadays I prefer to play indoor games. About 3 years ago, when I was playing football with my friends, my leg was broken. So I changed my habit of playing football. Now I have time to play indoor games, especially chess. It manages time and plays a significant role in my life, and it improves my concentration and mental health. It has a lot of benefits for me.
