Okay, so I’m gonna describe the time and I had to work with the Kuba-Fugur, I didn’t know when. First of all, it was my Graduation project. The Graduation project was about creating a big movie. It was kind of a project management thing. I’m a 7th engineer by the way. The people were apologies for me in the same class. We were not very accommodated with each other, so there was a strange atmosphere of bargaining. But we communicated. I started taking initiative. I started taking it. I tried to assist the system with them to distribute responsibilities. I faced a lot of issues and problems, but I didn’t have any accountability over them, and I couldn’t help, and they were irresponsible. So I had to encourage them by taking the act and by leading, and by starting by myself. What I learned from this experience, that often leadership isn’t about forcing others to do things, but more like encouraging others to follow the steps. And that’s all I think. Thanks.
