Today I would like to talk about a time when I received such a mind-blowing service. I remember about a year ago I wanted to buy a laptop for my online classes. Actually, I really needed a laptop so I decided to buy a laptop from the Dell brand. I discussed it with my friends and with my parents as well. I was quite confused which laptop should be the best and which would I which I love want to buy. So, at that time I decided to go to the Dell shop with my father. Actually, the shop was located just a stone throw away from my house. So, when I went there, the owner of the shop who was sitting at the billing counter, he he welcomed us warmly with a smile and after that he gave us place to sit and offered a coffee to make us comfortable and I was quite elated when he offered us coffee because I have never seen such that kind of service. After that he started showing me different brands of laptop. He told me the benefits as well as the negative points of some models. I am really thankful to him because of his good service. I was able to buy a best laptop. When I paid and he gave me a discount as well and he gave me a free wireless mouse along with my laptop which is quite useful and I was quite surprised after receiving a free gift as well.
