Honestly, I cannot think of any good service in a shop or store for seeing our in-store experience. I value service improvement to attract more customers, and my standards are also high compared to general expectations. So, I will tell you about some factors that can contribute to decent service, in my opinion. For example, about one week ago, when I went to a schooling shop to buy some study items, no one opened the door for me or greeted me when I entered. They also had no respect for a customer like me. If they had done all the things I just mentioned, I would 100% come back more than once. Besides, they also forced me to put my bag on the ground, which can make my back dirty. I understand it was a practical solution to avoid saving space, but I think they should change their rules to improve the customer experience.
