The cafe called Nature Soul was the venue for a birthday party hosted by one of my friends last year. We were all excited and some were distracted by the decor, clicking pictures with each other and forgetting to place our orders for snacks and wings. After about 15 minutes of taking photos, we suddenly realized that we had not ordered anything. We assumed that the staff would remind us about our order, but when we approached the counter, we humbly admitted our oversight and apologized for the delay. To our relief, they handled the situation calmly and reassured us not to worry. We then placed an order for sabre drinks and dishes which arrived promptly within about 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast service especially since I have experienced other cafes that take 30-40 minutes to serve food. The hygiene and sanitation of the cafe were remarkable and the setting arrangements were well organized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that left me feel very pleased and content. The level of service I received truly stood out to me.
