Band 6+: Describe a time when you received money as a gift

I would like to mention that in our society, it's very common to gift someone money instead of a physical gift. Because we believe that it's better to give someone money than to give something that they might not use in the future or that they don't like. So we give them money instead, so that they can buy whatever they want with that money. And so, I've received money as a gift many times in my life, on occasions such as my birthdays, on Eid, which is a festival where we give Eidi, that is, money that you have to give to the other person to wish them on the occasion of the festival.
