Well, gifts always make a person happy because they are tokens of love from others. And it shows how important we are in their lives. When I was younger, birthdays were always a special occasion filled with excitement, especially because of the thoughtful gifts. My grandparents used to surprise me with gifts. I remember eagerly unwrapping their presents, knowing that each one was carefully chosen with love for me. As I matured, however, I noticed a shift in their gift-giving tradition. Instead of the usual surprises, they started giving me money.
