Then I was in 11th grade. I had a free day of school because of a national holiday that happened in November. So my mom and I decided to go to Orain Baume, which is a historic complex that includes a palace, other buildings there, the servants lived, and a huge park. Like I mentioned, it all happened in the early November, so the weather was quite warm for that time and we had a great time exploring that park specifically. We didn’t go to the palaces because they were closed due to the weather. However, we did have a chance to to walk around the whole upper side of the park which was a huge place. I really enjoyed that day and our trip because I found that specific park very unique. When you go to royal family summer residence, you expect to see symmetrical alleys, streamed bushes, beautiful fountains, but here it genuinely looked like a forest. I understand that the designers and architects probably planned everything, however they they managed to preserve this naturalness of the place. So it genuinely looked like we are walking through the forest and it was extremely beautiful because during the autumn leaves are in this bright, fire colors and that’s unique smell of earth. It was amazing. We also found a little zoo located on the upper side of the park. There I even embedded a deer which was extremely great. I think that day of close interactions with the nature really helped me to rest, and I’m glad that we used it like this.
