Oh yes, I had a situation where I had to adapt to a completely new environment. When I was a teenager, I had to change my school at 13 years old because my parents changed their jobs. It was difficult for me because during my teenage years, I was in a place where I couldn't communicate with others, and I wasn't a sociable person. I was shy and couldn't find new friends. However, it wasn't really difficult because when I came to the new school, one girl talked to me, and we found our common interests. This was really helpful for me, and then I could communicate with my classmates. Eventually, I unwound and adapted to the completely new environment.
