One time I was in Ramallah and I needed to learn how to exercise at the gym very quickly because I needed to move to another city very soon and in that other city there are no good coaches. So I needed to master exercising within two months. Actually it was very challenging in the beginning and many times I needed to give up trying because I found myself unable to learn quickly and making lots of mistakes. Later on, I started perfecting my exercise. It was various, it was correct. I knew how to lift the weights and I learned how much weight I should lift. Step by step with the good monitoring of the coach, I managed to learn the nuances of it. I managed to learn how to do the cardio and when to do the cardio and for how long, and then how to do resistance exercises and how to finish with stretching. After two months surprisingly I was able not only to train myself but also to coach others and to help others in their exercise journey. So it ended up being very rewarding and in addition to learning how to exercise and acquiring this crucial skill, I gained confidence, self-confidence because I learned that I am able to learn whatever I want within any time limit and also I was really happy because of the shape of my body that improved and got healthier and more beautiful.
