I'm going to describe a time I helped someone learn something new. I remember when I taught my mom how to use a smartphone. She bought a new smartphone, but my mom did not know how to use it. I tried to teach her how to make video calls and send messages on WhatsApp. I explained how to open the application and how to set up contacts. At first, she felt a little confused, but after practicing a few times, she became more confident, and now she can call her friends or family anytime she wants. I think it's so fun because I can make her daily life easier. It's a good moment for me because it shows how technology can connect more people if we know how to use it.
