There was this one time when I helped a friend by teaching them social science. In high school, I was quite intelligent, I would say, and I had a lot of achievements in competitions, and I was one of the top students in class. I helped my friend because we were going to have our finals next week. I helped them learn social science, but I also helped them in English because they were more proficient in Mandarin. So it's like she taught me Mandarin, and I taught her English, so it's something that's mutual. The methods I used to help them learn included explanations, of course. The first thing I used was explanation, and then I gave them examples. I also provided another example, but in a simpler way. For example, when you help other people, you will feel better. So this means, and I mentioned another theory and such. I felt quite happy because there was a sense of achievement in me. I felt like, oh my god, I am being useful to other people. I felt quite happy, and it made me think that people trust me enough, trust my ability enough to help them learn something new, and I'm very grateful and happy about that.
