I would like to describe a time I helped someone with a problem. It happened two days ago when I was walking in the street and I saw an elderly grandmother. I approached her, and she asked me if I could help her. I asked what I could do for her, and she said she needed to get to her daughter's home. I asked if she had any accommodation for this. She replied that she had a letter with her daughter's name on it, and I helped her find it. After that, I assisted the grandmother in getting to her daughter's home. I felt very happy because she thanked me, saying, 'Thank you, my girl.' After that, I felt very good, and I could see that the grandmother was also very pleased and enjoyed the help I provided.
