Well, last month I had some issues with my teeth where I felt a big edging when I chewed the food. Therefore, I decided to book for an appointment to see the dentist the week after. However, I remembered the wrong day. Therefore, when the appointment happened, the receptionist gave me a call and asked for my attendance. I told her that I actually remembered the wrong day and would love to reschedule the appointment. Fortunately, the receptionist was super helpful and gave me the option to choose the appointment the next day or any time. I decided to go to the dentist the next day and they gave me a ride shipment plan which was to implant the tooth factory in my mouth. I finally got rid of my edging and felt completely normal again when choosing the food. I feel that both the receptionist and the dentist were very helpful and super friendly. Their customer service was extremely exceptional in helping me with the rescheduling and the treatment. I really appreciate the help.
