Yes, of course, fear is a big enemy for anyone, especially when you fear unreasonably about something. When you do a real analysis, you discover that fears are the reasons for your anxiety, and you should be clear and rational in your reasoning. For example, to face any danger or difficult situation, I think I have to be clear in my mind and look directly at the subject. I need to change what I can't change at that moment or create a plan for changing the situation or mitigating the danger. That clear view gives me a strong and reliable plan to focus on, allowing me to take the necessary steps and gather what I need for that plan, whether it's money, effort, skills, or anything else. From my experience, I think people should be strong in hard moments when everyone may leave you alone, and you find yourself facing the issue. At that time, your true personality will emerge, and your resilience will define you.
