So our time I really enjoyed working in a team was during our thesis project at university. We had a team of four members and had to do lots of lab works and research within six months of time limit. What made it really special was the strong teamwork and support we had for each other. We divided our work equally between us and whenever someone faces any challenges or problems we help each other. However, coping with individuals having different opportunities was quite challenging but we make it more accessible by having open discussion on every Sundays. It makes our misunderstanding less and have clear views upon each other’s. It was all busy but memorable time for me. What I learned about this project was the importance of teamwork, coordination and communication. I will always remember the funny lunch breaks and the long lost lives to our lives that we shared and the evening late working hours we spent doing experiments. It will always be a memorable part of my life.
