So, I was involved in negotiation with my husband many, many times ago. And so, we negotiated about the proper that we would like to have at that time. So I could, I was negotiating with my husband and asked him to build the construct a new house for our large family and by the way I have a really large and extended family. So I wanted to have a semi-detached house with all land and all gardening and to have a really, really good dog. So to have a pet at home to make my children love the pets. So we negotiated for a long time and my husband had earned it at that time quite a little of money and I asked him to buy a land outside of the city because you know that there are advantages of living in the countryside for especially for children to have to get to breathe and to get fresh air and it’s about safety but the only disadvantage that the children, someone had to take them to school, which was really not far, about, approximately about 10 kilometers away from the land. So we negotiated for a long time and at that time my husband agreed that it was a a really logical way for our family and it had better to have this house so I won.
