Actually in the month of July 2024, I have been travelling to Mumbai for my professional reasons. At that time I was travelling by a train and I booked an AC compartment in order to make my journey more convenient and comfortable. It was a long journey which was of 2 days and 8 hours. So that is why I decided to book an AC compartment. When I reached at my compartment, I had seen that the AC of that coach was not working and it was so hot there. So I asked the coach caretaker if he could do something for that. But he had told me that there is nothing can be done about it right now. So I had to show some patience at that time. But as it was extremely hot and humid outside, I was so uncomfortable while sitting on my seat. So I started doing something on my mobile phone. For general reason I asked Siri what should I do in this situation. Siri provided me the option of calling on toll free number 138 to file a complaint against this issue. I was not very optimistic about my action but within a few times when we reached at the next station, an electrician entered into my coach and he had fixed that problem. My AC started working again and I was very delighted at that time. I thanked that electrician. So that was the time with the help of my mobile phone.
