Well, the last time I volunteered to help someone was about five years ago during the coronavirus pandemic. It happened in our neighborhood in my city when we volunteered to deliver food and medicine to elderly people who were stuck in their houses due to the fear of getting infected with that serious disease. As I remember, many people were staying at home without being able to go out due to the government closure, and especially for those elderly people, it was very difficult for them to get their supplies or their needs. So our role was to provide basic necessities like food, bread, and medicine, sometimes oxygen, and deliver them to their houses. Actually, this made me feel very delighted because when you lend a hand to people in need and have a shared purpose, it affects you in a good way. I was elated to take part in such a duty because I think that we all have to give back to the community where we live whenever we are asked to, as it's our responsibility to help those who are in need and to support our communities and countries.
