Band 4+: Describe a time you watched a famous person being interviewed.

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The response addresses the main points of the topic, including the famous person, the interview content, and the location. However, the answer is underdeveloped and lacks specific details and personal reflection. To improve, provide a more detailed narrative about the interview, such as specific moments or questions that stood out, and elaborate on your feelings and reactions. Additionally, ensure consistency in dates and avoid vague statements. Expanding on your personal connection to the interview will make the response more engaging and complete. The response could be expanded as it currently feels quite brief.

The answer is somewhat coherent but lacks organization and development. The speaker jumps between dates and details without a clear structure. There is no clear introduction, body, or conclusion. The response is brief and underdeveloped, with limited use of cohesive devices. To improve, organize the answer into clear sections (who, what, when, where, how you felt) and use linking words to connect ideas. Expand on each point with more detail and examples.

The vocabulary is basic and repetitive. The speaker uses simple words like 'interested' and 'famous' without variation. There is limited use of descriptive or precise language. To improve, use a wider range of vocabulary, including synonyms and more specific terms. For example, instead of 'interested', use 'fascinated', 'captivated', or 'intrigued'. Describe the interview and your feelings with more vivid and precise language.

The grammar is mostly accurate but simple. The speaker uses basic sentence structures and makes minor errors, such as 'I felt interested about' instead of 'I was interested in'. There is limited use of complex structures. To improve, incorporate a variety of sentence structures, including complex and compound sentences. Practice using different tenses and conditional forms. Also, pay attention to prepositions and article usage.
