Well, back in 2020, if I'm not wrong, I was a university student, and I had to take my final exams. I hadn't studied well during the semester, so I had to stay up all night to finish the material and try to get a good score. As long as I can remember, it was like a nightmare for me since I'm more of an early bird than a night owl. I drank a lot of coffee, maybe even a whole pot, to try to keep myself awake. The caffeine, along with the stress of the situation, really affected my body and helped me stay awake. As I mentioned, it was totally exhausting for me, and I felt so drained. The next day, when I went to the exam, I remember I couldn't concentrate. My brain just wasn't working properly because of the lack of sleep. Sleep really affects your mental health. Many scientists believe that getting enough sleep is crucial for overall health, especially mental well-being. I also believe that it's not just about mental health, but physical health too. Sometimes, it's even visible in your appearance. For example, people can often tell if someone got enough sleep the night before.

And, uh, I also believe that Uh, it’s not only about mental health, but physical, and sometimes it really, uh, visible from your appearance.
